Terms of Service

Welcome to Pravah ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your use of the Pravah platform, our websites, mobile apps and APIs (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and authorised to bind any business entity you represent. The Service is built primarily for use in India.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Two-factor authentication is strongly recommended for owner / admin roles.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You may invite team members; you are responsible for their use of the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You will not use the Service to:
- Send spam or unsolicited communications via WhatsApp, email or SMS in violation of TRAI/DLT/Meta policies.
- Upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or malicious content.
- Attempt to access another user or organisation's data, reverse-engineer the Service, or probe its security beyond the published responsible-disclosure programme.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
4. Plans, billing and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. All prices are exclusive of GST, which is added at the prevailing rate. See the Refund Policy for cancellations.
5. Your data
You retain all rights to data you upload to Pravah ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to process Customer Data solely to operate the Service for you. We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
6. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties (Razorpay, Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, Resend, Google Calendar, NIC IRP/E-Way Bill, Digio, MSG91, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.
7. Service levels and availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. Scheduled maintenance and incidents are communicated via /status. Business and Enterprise plans may include separate SLAs in their order forms.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, or where required by lawful authorities. You may close your account at any time from Settings. After closure, data is retained for up to 30 days (recovery window) and then permanently deleted; see the Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pravah's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Pravah is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Pravah harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
12. Grievance and consumer redressal
For complaints relating to the Service, please file a grievance via /grievance. The Grievance Officer's contact details are published in the footer of every page and are also available on the grievance page.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notice.
