Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee
Pravah offers a no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of any first paid subscription (monthly or annual). If you cancel within that window, we refund the full amount you paid for the current term to your original payment method.
Pro-rated refunds after 14 days
After the 14-day window, you may cancel at any time and you will not be billed again. Annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term receive a pro-rated refund for the unused full months, calculated as annual_price ÷ 12 × remaining_full_months. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable past the 14-day window — but downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
What's not refundable
- WhatsApp message charges and AI tokens consumed beyond the included quota — these are billed at-cost from third-party providers (Meta, OpenAI, Anthropic) and cannot be reclaimed once spent.
- One-time setup or onboarding fees, where applicable.
- Subscriptions cancelled after a confirmed renewal more than 14 days ago, except as required by law.
How to request a refund
- Email billing@pravah.app from the address registered on your Pravah account, OR open a ticket via /support with the subject line "Refund request".
- Include the invoice number you would like refunded.
- We process the refund within 5–7 business days; your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the credit.
GST and taxes
All listed prices are exclusive of GST. Refunds are issued for the same GST amount that was originally collected; the corresponding GST credit-note is issued automatically and available in the billing history.
Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer (see /grievance) for resolution within 15 days under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
